Tomohiro Terao
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, Board Certified in Regenerative Medicine, Board Certified Sports Medicine, and Member of the Committee for Specific Accredited Regenerative Medicine, among others.
After spending 12 fruitful years at Keio Gijuku he joined the Faculty of Medicine at Tokyo Medical University. He then went on to Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine, where he studied orthopedic surgery at Tokyo Metropolitan Police Hospital, Rakuyo Hospital (Kyoto), and other hospitals, and worked as the opening doctor of Tokyo Midtown Clinic and Tokyo Knee Arthrosis Clinic. He provides state-of-the-art treatment using innovative physical therapy at Primary Orthopedics Azabujuban Clinic. Currently, he is the director of Ochanomizu Cell Clinic and supports several regenerative medicine institutions. In February 2022, he started Cell Factor Inc. to make regenerative medicine more accessible.

Yutaka Kuroda
Lecturer, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Kyoto University (Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery); Doctor of Medicine; Member of the Research Group on Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and the Guidelines Formulation Committee.
After graduating from Keio University in economics, he went on to pursue a career in medicine. He was trained to become an orthopedic surgeon at a tertiary emergency hospital and earned his graduate degree in research on animal models of osteonecrosis of the femoral head, an intractable disease, and regenerative medicine. Later, at Kyoto University Hospital, he led the world’s first clinical trial for osteonecrosis of the femoral head using growth factors. He resonates with CEO Terao’s philosophy of taking the initiative to pave the way for facing various challenges that prevent the rapid commercialization of regenerative medicine. Together they started Cell Factor Inc. as a start-up company from Kyoto University.

Misa Kusumoto
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Keio University, she joined the P&G Marketing Division. Before becoming independent, she worked as a Brand Manager and was engaged in planning and executing management and marketing strategies for beauty and healthcare businesses. With a desire to help society through marketing, she acts as an advisor and consultant to provide a wide range of consulting services including devising management strategies, branding, new business/product development, market research, and PR to various companies, while also teaching as a Partner Faculty at GLOBIS management school.

Yoshikuni Matsuzawa
After graduating from Keio University Faculty of Law, he joined Mitsubishi Bank (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Bank). From1999 , he was transferred to Tokyo Mitsubishi Securities (now Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities). Also, he was transferred to Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, and invested in about 40 venture companies, 13 of which went public.
